WHAT'S THE REASON
At any given moment, stop and ask yourself, what are you doing? The follow up to that question is, why are you doing it?
For example, right now you're reading this post; why? My hope is because it brings value to you as something that can make an impact on your life, or because other posts previosly read have done so. If you are in another activity and the answer isn't satisfactory, then why do it?
As you look at the different components of life (relational, physical, professional, financial, spiritual), make sure that each activity is positively benefiting at least one of them.
