JUST BREATHE
One of the habits I have been working on for this month is taking some time to just clear my mind and focus on my breath for five to fifteen minutes.

This has numerous benefits including allowing deeper thoughts, recharging, less stress and recovery. What I do: take a 3-5 sec breath inhaling thru my nose, hold for 1-2 sec, slowly exhale thru my mouth for 5 sec, then 1-2 sec pause before repeating. I do this 10 times. Take even just five minutes a day to quiet your mind, focus on your breath and experience the benefits.
