REVIEW

At the time of writing this, second quarter is just kicking off. As I outline in the Impact Action Plan, this is a great time to go back and review the prior quarter.

I take a simplistic approach to this by reviewing my top 10 goals for the year and list them out chronologically per quarter. Both accomplished and yet to be. Additionally, I identify the focus of the upcoming quarter and resources to help grow and achieve through the upcoming quarter. I find this exercise valuable to appreciate what has been done and stay focused on the long game.
