BRING SOMEBODY

When teaching others, a common comment is that the teacher learns more than the student. The same can be said about progress towards a goal.

Lets apply this phenomenon to health and fitness. We all have goals that we are working towards. There are also others who look to you for guidence and inspiration. These are the people that you can bring along in your journey. This might look an accountability partner, a challenge group at work, teaching your kids about eating healthy, etc.

When we help others, we increase our internal momentum. Even if we are not fully comfortable with where we are in the process, by being transparent and reaching out to others, we greatly enhance both ourselves and others chances for success
