CONSISTENCY

I’ve always been a comic book fan and grew up following the superheroes (Hulk was one of my favorites). Each hero has a similar origin story; they discover their superpower but then struggle to harness and master it until they finally reach their full potential. This is exactly how consistency operates for us.


Hulk

It’s hard to argue the importance of consistency and the impact it has on getting the results we’re looking to achieve. Whether it’s nutrition, training, activity, sleep, supplementation, mindset and many more, when we are consistent big things happen.


At the same time, it’s important to recognize that no one is perfect. Just like David Banner, sometimes he turned into the hulk when he didn’t want to and it went the other way too. When we break our consistency, it’s important to dust ourselves off and get right back into the fight.


Keep Going

Once we’re in the consistency zone, guard it and build on the momentum it creates. Take advantage of your superpower and break through those walls.
