QUARTERLY REVIEW

Hard to believe we are in Q2 already! This year is flying by for sure. Each quarter I like to take some time go back and review the prior quarter to make sure I'm on track for the year and want to break it down so perhaps you can do the same.

I look at different categories: physical, professional, relational, financial and spiritual. Each month I do a mini evaluation of each, then at the end of the quarter, I review the reviews.

Besides just progress, I also note challenges, things to continue and what to implement. This is a great tool for year-end assessment and to recognize trends to do an auto correct or keep the momentum going.
