RETURN ON INVESTMENT
When it comes to investments and business, a key focus is always looking for the best return on investment. However, it goes much deeper than just business and investments. How about the investment into your body?
Your most important asset is your health. If you're not sure about that, ask somebody who only has moments left on their timeline. So if your health is your greatest asset, it would make sense to determine this has the potential to be the biggest return on investment.
When it comes to your health you could certainly make a case for exercise being at the top of the list. Certainly nutrition, sleep and many other things are important when it comes to your health. However, what is crazy about exercise is often, we use the excuse that we don't have time to get this exercise in.
Let’s go back to your health being your most important asset. Now we’re talking about time, which is your most important resource. So wouldn't it be a cheat code to life to invest your time into your health as much as possible?
Thinking back over the 30 plus years I have been in the health and fitness industry, I can only imagine the number of hours I've invested in time training at the gym. I can honestly say I do not regret a single minute of it. I can also say it has produced huge dividends beyond measure and have seen this same thing in countless others.
We're all pressed for time and we’re all give the same amount each day. But the next time your schedule is conflicting with your training time, ask yourself if you could get a better ROI any way else to live your best life ever.
