SMALL STEPS
Small steps everyday moves the needle forward in a big way.

I love goals. I love setting big stretch goals that get the adrenaline going along with the butterflies in the stomach.
While I think these are important and beneficial, the risk is that they can become overwhelming.
Recently, I’ve been doubling down both with myself and conversations with clients, on what daily and consistent habits push the progress forward to the desired results.

When I see consistent habits in place, the results follow. Common examples include: meal prep, morning routine, logging food, scheduling training, unplugging, sleep, hydration, journaling and countless others.
Once the long term vision is formed, right after it, determine those seemingly small habits that you can do everyday to get you there.
Pic unrelated but you gotta love a flying corgi.
