SMALL VARIATION FOR BIG RESULTS
Proper form can really impact results on a given exercise. This can be obvious at times, especially for an experienced lifter.
Sometimes however, there are small variations on an exercise that can make a bid difference (position, speed, angles, just to name a few).
Below is a video on a variation I like for side dumbbell lateral raises. On the surface, it doesn't look like much. However like most instances, it's a little adjustment that makes a big difference when it comes to activation.
