TRACKERS

I’m constantly tracking key habits that I know I need to focus on to help me become better. Currently one of those habits is daily stretching.

Over the years, these habits have changed based on what I’m looking to accomplish or what I know will make an impact on what I’m working for.

With clients, I have these conversations and see a lot of overlapping habits to develop, here is a non-exhaustive list that I hear commonly in no particular order:

Tracking nutrition

Tracking workouts

Getting more sleep

Increasing fluid

Time management

Keeping activity up

Reading

Journaling

I can say that all of the above have been on my own list at one time or another as well. As you look at your current trajectory, I encourage you to identify what are the key impact factors that can move your progress forward. Assign a frequency or other numeric goal and start counting those checkmarks.
